Hydrapurge™ Detrashing Systems

Hydrapurge Detrashers are designed to extract the stock from a pulper to entrap and concentrate contaminants. The stock is passed through the detrashers' extraction plate and then sent forward for further processing. Heavy and light contaminants are retained, washed, and dumped. The Ragger is designed to remove trash that results from slushing secondary fiber furnishes – snagging sheet plastic, rags, wet strength paper, and other light trash normally encountered in waste paper furnish.

Rag Rope Cutter

A double cylinder guillotine design with a replaceable hardened steel knife blade and anvil used to chop the rag rope into shorter sections for easier disposal. It is furnished complete with a hydraulic system that includes a 15 HP motor and pump capable of developing 3,000 PSI pressure.

STR Valve
