The Kadant Rotor Ready Exchange Program offers registered users an efficient and reliable solution for the quick replacement of worn rotors used in the following Kadant equipment:

Model 100 Continuous Lights Detrasher
Model 200 Continuous Lights Detrasher
Floatpurger Model 75-25
Floatpurger Model 150-34

Enrollment in this optional, no-obligation program is offered at no cost to you. As a registered member, you can quickly procure the rotors you need from our available inventory, avoiding downtime for repairs and ensuring your operations remain on track.

To meet the demand and ensure timely availability, the program is exclusively available to registered members. Your enrollment helps us maintain the necessary inventory commitment and ensures you receive the rotors you need when you need them.

How It Works

Immediate shipment - Upon receipt of your returned rotor unit, we will immediately ship an exchange unit to your facility, minimizing downtime and keeping your operations running smoothly.
Rebuild process - If the returned rotor can be rebuilt, it will be. This ensures a continuous cycle of available units, providing consistent service and reliability.
Non-rebuildable cores - If the rotor is deemed non-rebuildable, it will be scrapped. In this case, our inventory will be replenished with a new core unit to maintain the integrity and availability of our exchange program.
Purchase order requirement - A purchase order for the exchange price is required upon request of an Exchange Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
